wonpkr is strictly available to users aged 21 and above. Creating an account as a minor is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance. Age verification is conducted at the withdrawal stage.
Each user is permitted one wonpkr account, verified by Pakistani mobile number and identity documents. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated with balances forfeited.
All wonpkr bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all conditions are met.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wonpkr login credentials. wonpkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your username and password.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on wonpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wonpkr does not accept foreign currency accounts. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard are the accepted payment methods.
wonpkr provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is encouraged. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, contact wonpkr support immediately.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wonpkr ("wonpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wonpkr.com. These Terms govern all use of the wonpkr platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, cricket betting, casino gaming, bonus participation, and all related services.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active wonpkr account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
wonpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. Accepted documents include Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) wonpkr account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wonpkr account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. wonpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account.
wonpkr reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms. Where an account is closed due to suspected illegal activity, wonpkr may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities and freeze associated funds pending investigation.
Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. wonpkr may apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.
All financial transactions on wonpkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wonpkr does not accept foreign currency deposits or maintain accounts denominated in any currency other than PKR.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
wonpkr does not accept deposits made by third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned, and the wonpkr account may be suspended pending investigation.
By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on wonpkr, you acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live event results, as applicable. wonpkr does not manipulate outcomes in any way and all games are regularly audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
Cricket Betting: All cricket bets placed on wonpkr, including PSL markets, Pakistan national team fixtures, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches, are subject to wonpkr's cricket betting rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. wonpkr reserves the right to suspend betting markets prior to or during a match in response to unusual betting patterns, breaking news, or technical issues.
Casino Games: All casino game results, including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games, are final once the game round is completed. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Technical malfunctions void all plays and bets for the affected round.
wonpkr offers a welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotions to eligible Pakistani players. To qualify for any bonus, you must have a fully verified wonpkr account and must have opted into the bonus prior to making the qualifying deposit, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wonpkr. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the wonpkr platform, including but not limited to the wonpkr brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, data compilations, betting markets, software, and casino game content, is the intellectual property of wonpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wonpkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the wonpkr platform or its content without wonpkr's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of wonpkr's intellectual property may result in legal action. The wonpkr name, logo, and associated branding may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission from wonpkr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wonpkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wonpkr platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
wonpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your wonpkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wonpkr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, third-party payment processor failures, or any other force majeure event.
wonpkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, wonpkr reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a voluntary closure requested by you — any verified balance will be refunded to your primary withdrawal method within seven (7) business days.
You may close your wonpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. We encourage any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to request self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional protective measures to prevent re-registration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wonpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with wonpkr through our internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted to our support team. wonpkr will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final response within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by wonpkr's licensing authority. Details of this service are available upon request from wonpkr support.
wonpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, wonpkr will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the wonpkr platform prior to the change taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the wonpkr platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using wonpkr and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Requests for account closure submitted after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
